How Journaling Helps Me Be More Calm, Mindful And Resilient
Journaling is a quiet inward practice; it’s like an in-the-moment writing meditation, bringing on calm automatically. Add a cup of tea, some deep breathing, and lighting a candle while choosing to be in a beautiful and sacred space, and you have a pampering moment that will carry you through your day all while nourishing your self-love.
I had the honor to be interviewed by Authority Magazine about what journaling means to me, what it does for me, and about any journaling advice I can give as a journaling expert. I invite you to check it out because I know that you will gain great insight and new thoughts about why you want to journal too.
Many of my books are journaling books, inviting you to write about what you read and leading you closer to yourself—rooting you deeply in who you really are. Journaling in my books is like a pathway into your inner world that’s the truest form of being you, making it a wonderful self-discovery practice.
Last year I went on a journal writing binge, publishing 9 different journals, each with a different life subject for you to create a better life for yourself and loved ones in speed record. Why? Because when you journal about one thing every day for 30 or 90 days, you shift with speed and as such create change vastly.
Here are the subjects I believe to be of the utmost value:
What. If. - Turning your IFs into it IS
Open - Where it all starts
To BE and Live - The reason you are here
High-for-Life - The best case scenario
Bragging - Because you’re worth it
Of Course - Because why wait…
Align, Expand, and Calibrate - Your stairway to joy
Magick and Broomsticks - The portal to your wild side
The Silver Lining - And how to find it

And as a sneaky thought, I truly hope that you will get yourself one of my journals so you can enjoy a transformational time too.
Happiest,
Jacqueline
