Are you blooming?
Hello April! It's a new start, it's a new month, and a blooming one at that; which is why I want to highlight the importance for you to bloom as well and to latch onto the natural flow of nature that currently is in a blooming state.
"What is a blooming state?" you might wonder...
A blooming state is an energy that's filled with newness, birth or re-birth, renewal, possibilities, opportunities, beauty, fragrant-ness, surprise, excitement and so much more on that specific ladder of emotions.
Just think about it, and most of all, feel this heightened frequency!
That brings me to saying that a lot of people feel everything—and by everything, I mean very intensely at all times. Is that you too?
The gold in this sensitivity is that it's actually a gift, since it's a direct path to your intuition which knows how you can bloom the best—hence, you feel very strongly when something is not fitting and feel vividly exhilarated when something is aligned with your desires.
Look at your sensitivity like a compass that shows if you are blooming or not, making it wonderful and valuable.
So how do you stay balanced and harmonized so you can bloom without any doubt in these intense times, and with all these strong energies buzzing around everywhere?
By making sure to bloom anyways despite the constant pull towards feeling dull, and through taking excellent care of yourself by cleansing, purifying, and heightening your energetic you while aligning with your highest purpose of feeling well.
As your blooming YOU, you will still feel everything on the emotional ladder, but you know what’s true and what’s not, what to engage with and what to leave alone, what to hold onto and what to let go, how to help others and how not to support them—and most importantly, your blooming YOU knows who you are, how you want to feel, and what you are capable of when you are co-creating with consciousness from your blooming essence.
So spend time outside, smell the blooms, meditate, move with yoga and exercise that feels right for you, sing and dance, pray or be deeply spiritual, connect with others, eat clean, be mindful and conscious about everything and everyone, love and joke, enjoy and cry, and be deeply moved about all the beauty and the little things that are right in front of you. Breathe in and expand your whole blooming being—then breathe out and calibrate even higher into your highest purpose of being your blooming YOU.
