The October That Rattled Everything

Hey gorgeous soul,

Happy October! Let me just say it has been the essence of an earthquake over here.

I moved house and state, so yes, I definitely will use that as an excuse and the reason to be excused for being late with my October words. But here they are!

I’ve let go of millions of things (material) in this process of change, which inevitably also means I ditched a few truckloads of emotional, energetic, and thought garbage that has been quite a load to carry for a long time. But you know how it goes, staying in the old, it sometimes gets really hard to dump the unfitting and unhelpful in life, even when knowing and feeling that it must go.

My advice if your back is hunched because of heavy gunk, move house!

I’m not even kidding…

Point is, create change and movement, no matter what. Energy as a whole, and you being energy, wants you to move because when you align with the entity of energy (always vibrating, moving, and changing) you set yourself up for growth-success in every corner of your being.

Now we moved as a family, so the dumping was 4 fold (plus 4 four-leggeds on top of that.)

Just imagine that gigantically momentous happening, truly an earthquake.

Let’s just say a lot of individual growth, but also as a group, is happening at light-speed.

Now that we have arrived in our new place comes the rebuild; the unpacking and rebuilding our home.

“Yikes, no! For sure not. I don’t want a rebuild.”

“Why not?” you might ask.

I don’t want to pick up even the fluffiest dustball from what was because for one, I just emptied myself of a gazillion mud buckets, gaining incredible amounts of nothing-ness–so even if I tried I could not put the old together once more, since all of the old gunk is gone. It's not wanted, and not possible!

Secondly, why re-fill all that cool new space (nothing in it) with garbage and gunk?
True for the house but also for my energy and soul being.
That would not make any sense, even if it would be possible.

Besides, energetically speaking, nothing-space is never ever empty; it’s filled with eternal information. It’s the space in which you create your direct connection to consciousness.
As an example: think about meditating, you create nothing-ness to hear everything.

You might have experienced that too by going on a longer trip then coming back not being able to do the same old, same old anymore. That is because you created movement in which you let go of the old, then on the trip you filled yourself with new–result: the old can not be replicated. And why would you even want that?

Another example: you work on your soul-self, aligning with your inner being and cleansing out the non-fitting, then being asked to be the same old you for others. But you can’t–and if attempted it feels impossible and yucky.

There are millions of examples and they all point to the same fact: When you move your energy you have the opportunity to throw out your “need fixing” antics, making space for something new. How exciting! And your antics? They have been packed up. Gone.

So no, no rebuilding in our house!

Instead:

A regrouping, redefining, a rediscovery of who each one of us is. That asks every single person to go inward, feel into their new truth, set new boundaries, and accept that a refusal to make space is not a ticket for life to go back to the old ways. It can’t.

Sounds harsh, but it’s not. It’s how energy works (always moving and changing, offering growth)–and only on the physical life level could this be categorized as selfish or not  compassionate.

You were never meant to stay the same but always meant to change and grow–even if that means you are the thriving force behind the dynamic of being energy. Fact is that soulfully, some are called to step into higher frequencies to inspire the rest. Be that one!

Of course this creates friction, which in truth is a great tool for growth, new truths, and movement towards what’s beneficial for everyone, being the energy we all are.

But let me calm your nerves:
No matter the amount of friction, earthquake essence equals alignment which equals happiness in its deepest form. It’s all good and everything is always based on the most powerful essence there is: love.

So here is what I want you to do for the rest of October:

Reframe who you are and what you are all about.

How do you do that?

By asking great questions:

Do I want to move?
If yes, when and where?
That excitement alone starts to move you and invites a cleansing out.

If not, what is a similar movement to actually moving house that you can create?
Is it a trip, a few days at a new place, changing your rooms around, refreshing the paint?
Anything that moves the energy to “different and new” works.

Once you decided to either move or create moving energy, ask yourself:

What do I want to let go of, what do I desperately want to kick out, what does not serve me anymore, what needs to go in order to create space?

Once you decluttered, become aware of this new space and ask yourself:

How does this new nothing-ness feel?
What can I hear now, clearly and happily?
Sit in this brilliant space for a bit… enjoy it.

What’s next? Ask yourself:

What new do I want to furnish my life (and house if you end up moving) with?
What is good for me newly, what feels right now?

What boundaries am I setting and with whom–to keep my new ways steady and solid?
Remember, no budging! It’s your time to grow and inspire if needed.

And finally, ask yourself:

  • What practices can I create to keep myself accountable and honest–to stay in my alignment?
  • What new morning routines, programs (The Radiance Method is a fabulous tool for this), books (the whole FreakyHealer library hopefully), and bedtime routines can I say yes to?
  • What emotional, physical, and energetic self-care will I put into place for myself?

Take this new awareness and your rock solid plan and use it as your North Star!

I am rooting for you from my new place (physically and energetically) and encourage you to take the jump.

Have questions? I’m here for you, always.

Happiest,
Jacqueline
