Feel pleasure!

Pleasure is like a very complex and potent smoothie. Because it’s ingredients are multiple good feelings combined together. Delicious!

Here is what Wikipedia says about pleasure… Pleasure is a broad class of mental states that humans and other animals experience as positive, enjoyable, or worth seeking. It includes more specific mental states such as happiness, entertainment, enjoyment, ecstasy.

Everyone can feel pleasure. But pleasure is very unique and different for everyone. Waking up can be pleasure, a yummy meal can be pleasure, laughter can be pleasure, enjoying a sunset, a book, music can be pleasure, romance can be pleasure. There is so much to choose from. So ask yourself, what IS pleasure for you? Then go all out and create your own unique world of pleasures.

Also look around you, see and feel what pleasures are going on for others. Tune into them and enjoy.

Ask yourself what pleasures can you create for others that are in need of pleasure. Surprise them and enjoy with them.

And if in doubt, there is always the sky that is a pleasure to look at. 24 hours a day!

Feel it!

Your feelings are messengers of your heart. And your heart is your beautiful and precious home of your soul, spirit, light, conscious, higher self or however you love to call yourself.

When you feel something and consciously acknowledge what your feelings are, you gain very pure understanding of yourself.

So, don’t just wake up in the morning, feel yourself waking up. Don’t just talk, feel what you say. Don’t just think, feel your thoughts. Don’t just taste your food, feel it. Don’t just hear and listen to the music, feel it. Don’t just smell or touch something, feel it. Don’t just walk, feel yourself walking. And don’t just see what comes into your awareness, feel it.

All those feelings, no matter if angry of joyous, are potent information and wisdom about you. They are all messengers of your heart.

So get busy feeling! And love all you feel!

365 Days of Happiness – July 17, 2017

Simplicity and back to basics!

Just as a simple and basic meal of “one egg sunny side up and toast” (or any other simple meal) can bring so much comfort and deliciousness, a simple and basic life attitude can bring you comfort, peace, love, light and happiness.

Lets do an inventory… Think about what is not feeling good right now. Think about where you are overwhelmed. Think about what is not working for you. Most likely you will find that all these have one thing in common, they are all complicated. Complication took over because you shifted away from the basics and simplicity of the experience called life.

So let’s consciously shift back to basic and simple…

  • Slow down
  • Breathe
  • Observe
  • Listen
  • Feel
  • See
  • Taste

Then…

  • Exercise and move your body
  • Sleep and rest
  • Eat clean food
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Meditate, pray, consciously connect to source
  • Laugh and play
  • Be in awe

Then…

  • Focus on all good
  • Practice appreciation and gratitude
  • Serve and help others
  • See the gift in all
  • Love it all

Back to basics and simplicity! Works every time!

365 Days of Happiness – July 15, 2017

This morning I took part in a class and could not stop looking at the beautiful flowers next to the speaker. I kept admiring the blooms, colors and the energy these flowers spread.

This exchange I had with these flowers was incredibly healing and potent. Because all the qualities I admired in them, I have too. And all the beauty I saw in them, I am too. So I took this amazing “mirror” these flowers offered me, and shifted from admiring them, to admiring the same qualities in me. And then I ended my thoughts with admiring both of us the same way.

A bit later in the day I noticed a peregrine falcon, flying high up in his powerful way. I admired him in awe. And again, what I admire in him, I have too. And what I see in him, I am too. It is a mirror.

This is the same for you!

So pay attention of what comes into your awareness in an admirable way. Consciously realize what qualities you admire in such. Feel them and then shift to feeling and admiring these qualities in you too.

Because every such exchange is a gift for you to receive.

Are you (mostly) living in your comfort zone?

Answer this first and then read on…

If you answered yes, you are not experiencing your life to the fullest. Because new and different does not lay in your comfort zone. New ways, new views, new opportunities, new chances, new ideas, new feelings, new healing, new love, new happiness, new joy, new anything IS always outside of your comfort zone.

Not saying that you have to leave your comfort zone completely and cold turkey. But leave it every day for as long and as much as you can. More and more choose new and different, over same old, same old. Choose what makes you nervous and uncomfortable, over what already IS comfortable.

Soon enough change, adventure and excitement take over your life. Things that you never dreamed of will happen for you. Your horizon becomes infinite and with that your wonderful being can shine in a way you never knew is possible.

365 Days of Happiness – July 13, 2017

Bless everything and everyone that troubles you!

Doing so neutralizes and cleans your energy, because it shifts you from your troubled feelings to a state of love, acceptance, respect and gratitude. And that initiates the opportunity for you to let go and move on. Not to mention that all troubles are gifts in disguise. So blessing your troubles means you are blessing your gifts.

Let’s first start with cleansing what already troubles you:

Close your eyes and consciously think about your troubles, one by one. Acknowledge it (but don’t get invested in feeling it) and spend just enough time with each trouble to bless it, show gratitude towards it, pray for it, or meditate on it. Make your blessing fitting for you and your beliefs.

Next…

Close your eyes and consciously think about every person that troubles you. One by one, with refraining from feeling the trouble. Bless each one of them and wish them all well. Again, make your blessings fitting for you and your beliefs.

You are now reset, fresh and ready to go!

Now, moving forward in your new day, deal with what troubles you right away.

For example: Trouble shows up, either as a situation or a person. Consciously acknowledge the trouble and your feelings. Try not to judge! Immediately bless the trouble. Do it with a heart full of gratitude and well wishes. Feel how this instantly cleans and resets you. Which means it instantly cleans and resets the trouble as well. And that cleanness and resetting will spread to everything and everyone around you. Which means they will spread it further and also back to you.

Wow! Just think how much goodness comes out of that!

“I say YES!”

Close your eyes. Say, think and feel this sentence! Breathe and stay in this beautiful space as long as you like.

Then move on to saying, thinking and feeling the following:

  • “I say yes to life and living!”
  • “I say yes to happiness!”
  • “I say yes to healthiness!”
  • “I say yes to love!”
  • “I say yes to success!”
  • “I say yes to abundance!”
  • “I say yes to inspirations!”
  • “I say yes to…!” Fill in the blanks!

Again, breathe and stay in this beautiful space as long as you like.

The word “YES” IS the energy of positivity, hope, excitement, commitment and much more. With that, it vibrates in a powerful “high for life” frequency.

Saying, thinking and feeling “YES” shifts you automatically to that amazing frequency. It feels spectacular to say “YES!”

“YES” opens you up to receive, it removes resistance and blockages, and it let’s go of fear, distrust and disbelief.

Saying “YES” does all that magic to and for you. So say, think and feel it often!

Have some quality time with your mirror!

We all look in the mirror every day, quick and fast to get ready for the day. And then one last look before we leave. Looking good, let’s go!

But you are not looking consciously at “you”. You are looking at how you look, in a hurry and without really feeling yourself. And most likely while thinking about your new day.

Spending quality time with yourself in front of the mirror pulls your mind and spirit close to your physical body. And all three together make up “you” as a whole. It also creates a deep awareness of your physical body for you, which initiates gentleness and self love. And both are essential to experience a happy life.

So here is how…

  • Take some quiet time, relax and consciously look at yourself in the mirror. Look at all details in your face, your hair and your body. Really see and feel yourself. Acknowledge all your thoughts and feelings. Let them come and go. No judgement.
  • Then, looking at yourself, say to every part of your body “I love you!” Feel and see yourself lovingly. Enjoy as long and often as you like!

Also, have some fun!

  • Smile, be angry, sad, jealous while looking at yourself in the mirror. Sing, act, do yoga, dance or meditate with open eyes while seeing yourself in the mirror. Eat and drink in front of the mirror. When waiting in the car, look at yourself in the mirror. Take every chance you get and look in those mirrors!
  • Go have the most amazing chit-chats with yourself while looking at the mirror. Saying “Hey gorgeous, you look amazing today!” while looking at yourself goes a long energetic way. Just saying…
  • And get yourself a small mirror to keep in your purse or pocket. So you always have access to your spectacular looks!

Enjoy your precious mirror time, while creating amazing “high for life” energy for you.

This is a new day! Start fresh! Stay present and simple!

Say and think the below all beautiful ding-dong day and night and feel what happens for you!

  • Just for today, I choose happiness.
