“Your happiness garden”, what does it look and feel like? Take a moment and ask yourself that. What belongs into my happiness garden? Instead of a garden it can also be a space, a frequency, a vibration, a home, whatever feels right for you. Imagine filling your happiness garden with people, animals, things and situations that fit and enrich your happiness feeling in there. Don’t hold back, imagine big and fill it with all that brings out your happiness. Visualize it, feel it, think it, say it and write it down or draw it. And then keep going in your day, knowing that you stand in the middle of your happiness garden and take every step, think every thought, say every word and act on everything from that middle of your happiness garden. Stop throughout the day and feel yourself back into your happiness garden many times, pull yourself back into it and then keep going. Keep your happiness garden clean, throw out the non fitting and keep bringing in the new and fitting. If it represents happiness for you it belongs into your happiness garden. Breathe this in!
Again, playful comes into focus today! Become aware of all the “play and playfulness” in and around you. See it and feel it! Watch children play, pets play, animals play, focus on playful colors, playful food, playful words that people speak. Dress in playful clothes today, eat playful food, drink playful drinks, listen to playful music, use playful words, play with your family/friends and play games today. Feel your body and play with it, wiggle your toes and fingers, shake your hips, knees, arms, move in playful ways. Now feel into your body, feel into the playfulness of your cells, your organs, your mind, your playful flowing blood. Feel the playfulness inside your body, the playfulness of your body and the playfulness outside and around you. Say “I am playful. My life is playful. I live in a playful world.” Doing so puts your focus on play and playfulness and creates the feeling of playfulness for you, and that feeling fills every single cell of you. Feeling and living playful is happiness!
“Self love” is in the air today! Self love means you take exceptional care of yourself with food, exercise, plenty of water and good sleep. Self love also means that you clean your energy in and around you often and keep it clean, clear, pure and happy. How do you do that? With taking little check-in brakes all day long asking “What do I need right now to feel good or better?” Sometimes it’s a sacred cup of tea, a meditation, a nap, a walk, a laugh, time alone, a bath, a hug… Sometimes it means to remove yourself from toxic energies of a situation/people. Sometimes it means to consciously letting go of what you can’t change… Do whatever it takes and really feel how your action to your check-in break makes you feel better. Self love is knowing that you deserve to feel good and better, and making “feeling good” your number 1 priority. Self love is acknowledging how powerful, beautiful and abundant you are, and to look at all that you have experienced/accomplished so far, and really celebrate yourself for all that WAS, IS and yet to COME. All created by your infinite you. Self-love is happiness ❤
“I am alive!” This is your happiness mantra for today. Close your eyes and breathe in with awareness when you say it and think it. An absolute feeling of love, gratefulness and deep power unleashes in you when you take a minute in quiet to say/think and feel this. “I am alive!” activates different experiences and feelings, on one hand it brings on a deep appreciation that you woke up today, that you are breathing right now and that you may live today as a gift. Wow! And on the other hand it brings on a feeling of being free, adventurous, limitless and infinite powerful. “I am alive!” means you can go out there today and live with power and create whatever you wish, because you are vibrantly alive and fully living. It means that you can taste the food as alive, feel the water you drinking as alive, do your job as alive, look at your loved ones as alive, breathe in and out as alive… “I am alive!” means you take life by the fullest and fly as high as you can with every cell of your amazing physical being! “I am alive!” Feel this!
Feel the sweetness is you! When you look at baby, toddler or baby animal you go “Awww, that is so precious!” It is a feeling of sweetness, love and perfectness. Life and nature shows us in this way how beautiful and perfect all is. Same if you think about honey or maple syrup, both are sweetness, love and perfectness. Again, life and nature shows us in this way how beautiful and perfect all is. Become aware of everything around you that activates/creates your feeling of sweetness, love and perfectness in you. Focus on these sweetness activators all the time and pull yourself into your sweetness all day long. If these sweetness activators are not present, visualize them or look at a picture of them and feel them that way. Same result. Doing this often, activates and creates your sweetness, love and perfectness in you and fills every single cell of your body with these healing and happy vibes.

Imagine you are walking along the side of a beautiful and adventurous river. Suddenly there is a luxurious boat filled with beauty, positivity, happiness, colors, joy, health and abundance pulling up next to you. It is floating in the same direction you are headed and it is inviting you to jump on and take over the steering of the boat, as a captain. Heck, it tells you that this is actually your luxurious and high vibrational boat! The deal is that you can jump on and stay on that boat as long as you want and get off whenever you want. All up to you! Your inner instinct tells you that you are meant to float down in the middle of this beautiful and adventurous river in this luxurious and high vibrational boat. This river represents your beautiful and adventurous life. And the luxurious high vibrational boat represents the way you could float through your life. So, you can either walk along the side of your beautiful and adventurous life and experience it from the side, or you can float in this luxurious and high vibrational boat of goodness right down the middle of your beautiful and adventurous life. Would you jump on that boat? Would you even have to think about it? Would you stay on it or dock the boat very soon again, so you can walk along the river to the side? And what would you do to absolutely never have to leave that luxurious and high vibrational boat of goodness again? Imagination is happiness and jumping on that boat is happiness ❤ Take your jump!
Shift of focus is your happiness for today! I love shifts, they create new and bring amazing opportunities for change. Shift your focus on what is “right” in your life right now and let go of what is “wrong” in your life right now. Do this shift of focus just for today and see what happens, you might get hooked… What is right for me today is that I woke up to a new day, that I breathe with strength, my delicious coffee was totally right today, looking up into the infinite sky is always right for me, saying a beautiful good morning to my family is super right, putting on clothing that makes me feel amazing is right, tasting flavorful food today is right, seeing all the beauty around me is right, loving my cozy home is right… There is so much “right” in and around me and so it is for you too… Focus on all that is “right” today! Enjoy the shift to happiness!
“This is gonna be -and already is- the best day ever!” Give yourself the gift of saying this to yourself today and everyday. There is a powerful uplift of happiness and excitement in this sentence! Uplift is happiness! To uplift, use uplifting adjectives today, say and think them. This coffee is heavenly, I get to wake up in this energizing bed, this is a magical sidewalk to walk on, I love my fabulous car, my beautiful coworker is a gem, this magnificent work I get to have, the pure and flowing water I get to drink… Use them plenty! They uplift you and they fill every cell of yours with its high feeling of ecstatic happiness. And use them on others, it uplifts them too. Uplift yourself today like the elevator up-lifts you!
Find your deep and sweet calmness in you and around you today. Close your eyes and find deep and sweet calmness in your body, in your organs, in your cells, in your blood, really in your whole body. Feel this! Then look around you and find calm in your food, tea, clothes, house, work, pets, sky, ground, really everywhere.
