Ask your body “what energy do you need today? Then nourish your body with the food that carries that energy.

Ask your mind “what energy do you need today?” Then nourish your mind with the thoughts that carry that energy.

Ask your soul what energy do you need today?” Then nourish your soul with heart-happenings that carry that energy.

And last but not least, ask your consciousness “what energy do you need today?” Then nourish your consciousness with focusing on what IS for you right now that carries that energy.

So, what does feed your whole being today?
