Find your deep and sweet calmness in you and around you today. Close your eyes and find deep and sweet calmness in your body, in your organs, in your cells, in your blood, really in your whole body. Feel this! Then look around you and find calm in your food, tea, clothes, house, work, pets, sky, ground, really everywhere. Look and become aware how much deep and sweet calmness there is in everything. See it, think it and feel it. Do this a couple minutes here and there today and feel the difference! Deep, sweet calmness is happiness!
Create “rest” space for you today. Rest can be extra sleep, a tea break, a walk, a bath, deep breathing, yoga, sauna or simply you thinking about resting, visualizing yourself resting and feeling yourself resting, many times a day. A rested body, mind and spirit is happiness.

When you are upset become playful, when you are stressed become playful, when you are sad become playful… Be playful because your nature IS being playful, you ARE already playful! Whatever playful means to you, there are many ways to be playful, just be playful! If you don’t know what playful is to you, watch children be playful and simply copy what fits you. Jumping up and down while writing this! I am so playful and that makes me happy ❤
Go for your feeling today! When you eat, feel how this food feels to you. Taste and look is one thing, but how does it feel to you? When you put clothing on, how do they feel to you? When you put shoes on, how do they feel to you? When you walk down the street, how does it feel to you? When you hug your family, how does it feel to you? You might immediately say “it feels great”, but that is your mind and habit speaking. I want you to feel it! When you enter your home, how does it feel to you? Focus on your feeling of everything today. Practicing this will bring out your feelings and make everything in your day alive. And it will get you closer to yourself, because you constantly ask “How do I feel about this and that.”
“Remember who you really are!” Say this to yourself often today and then pull yourself consciously into your answer. Then move along in your day, out of that true space you just created. With doing this often you stay grounded and true to yourself. And being true to yourself means you are happy. You create happiness with this! And if you encounter any trouble today immediately stop and say “Remember who you really are!” Pause a moment, pull yourself into your answer, feel how good and true to yourself that space feels and then move along in your day. Create that happiness today!
Smile! Pay attention to your smile today. Keep pulling the corners of your lips upward all day long into a smile. Try this: Focus on your lips being straight or down, how does this feel in your whole body? Now smile and how does this feel in your whole body? Very different, right?! When you smile you automatically create and fill yourself with happiness energy. And a smile shares happiness with others, maybe even changes their day! And when you get a smile back its a gift that goes straight into your heart… Vitamins for your heart! So smile and smile 😊😊😊
Happiness is when you spread positivity! Be aware of your thoughts, words and actions today. Catch the negativity that is in you and turn it into positivity before you share it with the world. If you can’t turn it into positivity, keep it to yourself, don’t share. If someone shares their negativity, catch yourself before getting sucked into it. Then either share positivity with that person or move on and remove yourself and your emotions without getting entangled with their negativity. Focus on sharing positivity, that creates happiness in you and for you ❤
Breathe deep and consciously multiple times a day today! When you breathe in think or say “Love” and feel love filling every cell of you, the next breath in think or say “Happiness” and feel happiness filling every cell of you, the next breath in think or say “Peace” and feel peace filling every cell of you, the next breath in think or say “Joy” and feel joy filling every cell of you and so on. Choose words that fit you and make you feel good inside. Create all those good feelings in you and for you. That is happiness!

For many people it seems that today there is no happiness because it is Inauguration Day for Trump. And for some the day is filled with happiness because of it. Same day, same happenings and a very different experience for people. But both sides are basing their happiness and unhappiness on things that are happening outside of them…Not only is that not pure happiness or unhappiness, but it is also exhausting and impossible to stay happy if you base it on anything else than your commitment to be happy in your inside. Sure, you will fill your inner happiness tank as you go with happy things around you, but it starts with you creating your inner happiness tank and planting happiness seeds in it, then pampering those happiness seeds so they grow into happiness plants. And only after that you can start letting in outside happiness to fill your happiness tank more and add on to your own happiness. The focus on today’s happiness is to only look for happiness in your inside. To create your happiness tank, plant happiness seeds and grow happiness plants in your inside… Does not matter what is happening on the outside right now, happiness starts in your inside. It is a fantastic day to practice this, because it is easy to say “I am not happy today because of Trump” or “I am happy because of Trump”. But that is both superficial happiness and unhappiness. Take charge and commit to be happy no matter what! I am happy! ❤

As for the situation, look at it and say “I bless you”. Bless your food, the air, your home and car, whatever is in your life. Consciously bless it all!
