Create a morning, a mid-day and a night ritual!

Rituals are very sacred, private and intimate. Some meditate, some pray, some hold crystals, some practice yoga or other forms of energy exercise, some take a nap, some sit in quiet and some play and laugh… Make your rituals fit you!

All it takes is a few minutes each time to honor, bless and gratify your being and your presence. With that you will pull yourself back to who you really are and to what really matters to you. This will reset how you feel right then and there.

For example:

Start first thing when you wake up. Take a few minutes to feel yourself and set your intentions for your new creation day. Open yourself up for all that IS and all that will BE. Blessings and gratitude for everything!

Then again around mid-day. Take a few minutes to ground yourself. Release anything that has accumulated or has resurfaced and is not serving you. Feel yourself and fill yourself with joy and happiness. Blessings and gratitude for everything!

And last before you fall asleep. Take a few minutes to declutter, clean and let go of your day. Feel yourself and fill yourself with clean light of your chosen color. Blessings and gratitude for all!

Make these rituals a priority in your days and never miss one. Soon they become something you can’t be without anymore!

In case you already have rituals, feel if they still fit and serve you. If not, I invite you to shift them around and make them new and exciting again.

365 Days of Happiness – June, 20, 2017

Your beautiful mouth does way more than showing off your amazing lips, carry your sparkly teeth and opening up for wonderful sounds to enter the world.

Used properly it can also immediately lift your energy into happiness through exercise and silliness.

Try it! Start moving your mouth around. Move it to the left, to the right, up and down. Move it in and out and make circles both ways. Involve your tongue if you like, and make sounds if you can’t resist. Be creative and play with it. The crazier the better!

Not only does your fabulous face get circulation going and feels fresh with it, you also create feelings of silliness and happiness in you. It will make you smile and laugh.


Feel how you shift into a “high for life” frequency with playing with your spectacular mouth, that is always right there with you and ready to play.

365 Days of Happiness – June 19, 2017

Is it your perfect cup of coffee, or is it not?

This morning I tried a new coffee bean. I boiled the water in my kettle that produces angelic light on my wall. I am not kidding! I ground the beans, they smelled delicious. And as the final step, I brewed it in my French press. I was so excited for it. But then came the experience of tasting it. Bitter is just the beginning of describing it. Not my cup of coffee for sure!

In order to find a fine solution, I had three “good feeling” choices to chose from. One, I drink it anyways and make the best of it. Two, I skip my morning coffee all together today. Three, I make a new pot, with different beans that are perfect to my taste.

These three “good feeling” choices are always there for you, in any situation.

  • One, you can leave it as is and make the best of it. That means you let go of how you expect it has to be and find peace in how it is.
  • Two, you can skip whatever it is and move on. That means you leave it all behind, let it go and move on clean and clear.
  • Three, you can create new, different and better for you. That means you let go off all that WAS, and open up to create a new IS.

Not every situation is the same, and not every solution is the same. But every one of these three “good feeling” choices have one thing in common, they will leave you clean and clear to move forward.

So, next time you have a situation, look at these three “good feeling” choices in order to find your fine solution. And then enjoy the outcome!

“Honor” is your magic word for the day!

“I honor my new day. I honor my life. I honor myself and my body. I honor you. I honor our relationship. I honor to be of service to you. I honor my work and chores. I honor everything and everyone.”

How does saying or thinking “I honor” make you feel?

The word honor has a very respectful, celebratory and sacred energy. And with that, vibrates in such a frequency. So when you say, think, see or hear it, you will naturally shift into a that given sacred frequency. That is because everything is connected, which means the word “honor” will share its energy with you. How honorable is that!

So, use “honor” generously!

Also, you honoring yourself will spread your honorable energy to everything and everyone around you. And saying it to others will lift their feelings. Those lifted feelings will then spill over to everything and everyone around them, including you.

Have fun creating honorable energy!

Let it be and let it be released!

Close your eyes and breathe into your inner being. Breathe slow and deep. In and out. Feel yourself!

Now scan (feel) your whole body. Start in front at your crown, and move down towards your feet. And then scan the back of your body, start at your crown down towards your feet.

Feel anything there IS. Pain, soreness, tightness, sadness, anger, jealousy, love, joy and happiness. Don’t judge and don’t fix, just feel and let it be.

Let all your thoughts that come in happen. Don’t judge and don’t fix. Just let them be. If it feels good to you, imagine that if one though comes in, another goes out.

Feel your energy. Is it still or moving around. Is it wide or narrow? Is it tingling or flowing? Is it light or heavy? Don’t judge and don’t fix. Just feel and let it be.

Becoming aware of all there IS in your body, mind and spirit without judging or fixing anything, means that all that IS can BE.

And with shifting to the awareness of what IS, and gaining the understanding that all can BE, you will enter a very peaceful and sacred state. Naturally, in that state, is where all your non-fitting which IS, can be released peacefully and with grace.

Trust and then create!

Trust in yourself. Trust in your journey. Trust that you are giving your best. Trust that you are taken care of. Trust that you are loved and guided. Trust that you deserve. Trust that you are beautiful and healthy. Trust in all of life. And trust in the universal energy, however your heart calls it.

Focus on your trust with closing your eyes and saying or thinking “I trust!” Really feel what this initiates in you. Practice this many times in your day.

Now go have fun and create!

Create love and happiness. Create new friendships. Create fun and joy. Create delicious food. Create new ways to love your family and friends. Create new exciting work. Create art, music, poetry. Create play. Create smiles and laughter. Create relaxation and peace. Create a new look for you. Create new ideas. Create beauty everywhere. Create yourself a magnificent life.

To open yourself up to create, close your eyes and say or think “I am a potent creator!” Really feel what this initiates in you. Practice this often in your day.

Trust sets you free to create with a pure heart. Creating through a pure heart means you create for your higher good. And all that goodness will be shared with everyone and everything around you. Wonderful!

Imagine that “trust and create” dance in harmony together. And when both are lived to the fullest, they create harmony in you. And harmony is happiness.

Time for a “chit chat” with what catches your attention!

Not everyone notices the same things. So when you notice something, no matter if big or small, it is definitely for you. Why not get to the bottom of “why” this is in your awareness?

So here it goes…

Once you notice something, you can initiate a conversation with saying or thinking “I see you and thank you for showing up for me. I accept, respect, thank and love your message. Whatever it might be.” This is just an example, make it fitting for you. Now that you are open to receive, start asking questions. Make them right for you and ask as many as you like. Here are a few ideas… What reminder are you for me? What are you teaching me? Why are you in my awareness? Next step is to listen to the answers you get.

As an example, yesterday on my walk I noticed this sign.

I stopped, had my chit chat with this blessing, and as you can see the message is pretty clear. Keep my space clean! And radiate this message to everyone that enters my space. A fantastic reminder. And the immediately impact on my being was… My space was clean again. Cleansing happened right there on the spot, because I was conscious and open to receive this gifted cleansing.

The moment when you notice something, your shift to whatever energy and information it is running on is initiated. And once you consciously communicate with it and understand what energy and information that is, your shift goes into full motion.

That is because everything and everyone is always connected and shares their energies with everyone and everything at all times. Sometimes you are the sharing person and shift whatever or whoever is around you. And sometimes you are the shifted one. It is a constant and flowing exchange.

The amazing thing is that all exchanges teach you about yourself and they remind you of your needs. Just like a caring mother.

So consciously see, hear, feel, smell and taste all these signs and messages you notice. Communicate with these energies and information. And then openly receive the magnificent shift that is gifted to you.

Here is your mantra for today! “I am exactly where I am supposed to be, so I will make the best out of everything”!

Focusing constantly on “the or something” positive in everything, shifts you constantly to a “feel good” vibration. And being in that state of “yay for everything”, creates more of the good you like so much.

So when you feel angry, frustrated, sad or such, acknowledge these beautiful feelings that are an important part of you. Love them! And when you settled in your state of “All is OK!”, shift to focusing on “the or something ” positive in that moment.

“All is OK. I am exactly where I am supposed to be. I will make the best out of everything.”

Joy, joyous, joyously, joyousness, joyful. Be joy-filled! And jump for joy!

The word joy vibrates in a frequency of happiness and bliss. So naturally if you say, think, hear or see the word “joy”, it will shift you to its frequency of happiness and bliss. So be open and ready to receive!

Feel what happens when you close your eyes and say or think “joy” or “I am joyful!” Isn’t it wonderful? Do this as often as you like in your day, to shift yourself quickly into this “high for life” frequency.

Also, say the word “joy” to others and see them bliss up. “You are so joyous” or “You are pure joy”… Watch for sparkles in their eyes and know that their joy will spread back to you. Just as your joy spreads to everything and everyone around you.

Make joy happen today, with creating joy through things you like. Music, chocolate, tea, friends, family, food…

And not to forget, notice all the joy in others and everything around you. It is there, I promise you.

What could you embrace in your life right now, which you see, feel, hear and think of as a problem?

Embracing does not mean you don’t desire change anymore. It simply means you open yourself up to what is, and shift to a calm inner acceptance, respect, gratitude and love for what is.

Embracing one problem at a time also means you remove one resistance at a time. And being resistance free means you are in alignment with what is. And we all know that being in alignment means you are open to receive the miracles that are for you.

Embracing your problems will either dissolve them, or shift you in a state where you can see them as blessings. And who knows, you might even become best buddies with them.

Embrace and experience how life embraces you!
