365 Days of Happiness – December 7, 2017

Imagine you are running or speed walking in nature. You are all energized and happy to be moving so fast and energetic. But then you see a colorful bird. Decisions decisions… Because if you keep running or speed walking, you won’t be able to watch the bird, but you get to your finish line fast and on time. And if you slow down for a bit, you get to watch this colorful bird, but you will get to your finish line slower and not on time.

One will make sure the focus is on the goal, but does not really nourish your being on the way with happenings that ARE for you to experience. That means you are not fully open to receive spontaneously. And with that you are not creating as vividly as you could.

The other delays the goal, nourishes your being on the way and is fully open to receive spontaneous opportunities and happenings to create new experiences vividly.

Now you might say, I can’t really always slow down or delay all my goals. And that is a fair thought.

But even if you can only slow down and delay your goal for one minute per hour while you are awake, that means you slowed down about 16 minutes in your new day. And in 16 minutes you can easily watch that colorful bird flying spontaneously into your awareness to co-create magic with you.

Slowing down means you create and experience unplanned magic!

That IS happiness!

365 Days of Happiness – December 6, 2017

Imagine a person laughing so hard, tears are rolling down his/her cheeks. And even if that person tried, she/he can’t stop laughing anymore. Now notice everyone and everything around that laughing person, and how everyone and everything starts to laugh too. By now, all you see is laughing.

See, hear, taste, smell, think and feel how everyone and everything around that laughing person shifts to BE and live in a happy energy.

Laughing carries an energy of happiness, joy, silliness, playfulness and fun. When you laugh, you immediately shift to BE and live in that “high for life” frequency. And with that, you shift everything and everyone around you too. Because everything is connected and shares energies.

Now let say you are not laughing, but you say something and make someone else laugh. Them laughing, automatically shift them to BE and live in that “high for life” frequency. And even though you are not laughing, they share this happy energy with you, which immediately shifts you there too, given you are open and wish to receive.

And if you choose to make laughing your default reaction, no matter what comes your way, your experience of it will be through your happy lenses. And you shift whatever is happening to BE and live in that “high for life” frequency.

That means no matter if good or not so good, you get a chance to react to everything while being in a state of thinking the best of everything.

So go BE a professional laugher in your new day!

365 Days of Happiness – December 5, 2017

BE a rebel and actively do the opposite of what IS which you don’t like as it IS.

And you know what, you already know how to do that, because you rebel like that multiple times every day.

For example:
When you are thirsty, you drink water to BE the opposite, which is not thirsty.
When you are sweaty, you take a shower to BE the opposite, not sweaty.
When you are hungry, you eat food to BE the opposite, which is not hungry.
When you are tired, you take a nap to BE the opposite, which is not tired.

See, you ARE already a trained rebel.

Use this rebel training to your advantage, instead of staying in a not helpful mood for you, shift to your “high for life” mood with doing the opposite of what IS that you don’t like as it IS.

So…

If you are unhappy, do something that makes you happy.
If you are sad, do something that makes you smile.
If you are bored, go create something fun.
If you are angry, watch a peace documentary.
If you are frustrated, help and serve someone.

Practice your rebel-ness in your new day often!

I am caressed…

  • I am caressed by all the loving words I read in this blog.
  • I am caressed by the sun warming my face.
  • I am caressed by wind blowing around me.
  • I am caressed by the rain getting me wet.
  • My body is caressed by the water and food I let enter.
  • My skin is caressed by the clothing I wear.
  • I am caressed by the blankets while I sleep.
  • My feet are caressed by the shoes I wear.
  • My ears are caressed by the sounds of music.
  • My nose is caressed by the scent of flowers.
  • My eyes are caressed by all the beauty I see.
  • My taste buds are caressed by all delicious tastes I indulge in.
  • My mind is caressed by all the happy thoughts I think.
  • My whole being is caressed by all the “high for life” feelings I feel.

Caressed comes with an energy of gentle, loving, sweet, taken care of and touched. Seeing, feeling, hearing, smelling, tasting and thinking that you are caressed by everything in your new day, fills your tank of self-love, and shifts you to BE and live in a “high for life” frequency.

BE conscious about all your forward steps you take in your new day!

Because the word step, and the activity of taking a step, carry the energy of movement, change, shift and aliveness. Feel this!

And the word forward, and movement of forward, carry the energy of ahead, next, onward, advancing and progressing. Feel this!

So when you take a forward step, and you are mindful about that movement and forwardness, you will shift yourself to BE and live in a moving and forward “high for life” energy.

And that message of movement and forwardness, will be sent to every single cell in your body, your mind, soul and consciousness.

That IS a very “high for life” way of being!
