Balance your being!

You are a community of different components connected and working together. You are your physical body, your mind, your soul and you are consciousness.

In any great working community, if one component is in an un-easy state, the other components that are feeling great take over, help out and balance everything. That makes the community healthy and thriving.

Your great community called “YOU” is no different!

Which means, if one component of you is in a un-easy state, know that your other components will happily help. For example, if your physical body hurts, your mind, soul and consciousness are always ready to keep your great community thriving. And if two components are in an un-easy state, you still have two more well components. Basically, there is always help available!

So…

Acknowledge your uneasy component. Accept, respect, thank and love it for what it is for you. Tell it to take as much time needed to be in that un-easy state. All is well, and all is as it supposed to be.

Then, move on to acknowledge the components of your community that are in a well state. Consciously feel them, focus on them, and live in them, until your un-easy component is well again.

That will balance your great community of “YOU.”

So, if your physical body is in an un-easy state, feel, focus and live in your mind, soul and consciousness. Take physical breaks, think “good feeling” thoughts, feel your happy soul and BE present in your consciousness.

If your mind is in a un-easy state, feel, focus and live in your physical body, soul and consciousness. Take a mind break, do sports and movement, feel your happy soul and BE present in your consciousness.

If your soul is in an un-easy state, feel, focus and live in your physical body, mind and consciousness. Take a soul break, do sports and movement, think “good feeling” thoughts and BE present in your consciousness.

If your consciousness is in an un-easy state, feel, focus and live in your physical body, mind and soul. Take a consciousness break, do sports and movement, think “good feeling” thoughts and feel your happy soul.

Balance your being, with giving all components of your great community the chance to help and thrive. Because that creates a happy existence.
